Not happy with SafeStay Pro? No problem. Request a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.
How It Works
- Monthly subscriptions: If you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, you'll receive a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Annual subscriptions: If you request a refund within 14 days of your payment, you'll receive a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel and your access continues until the end of the annual period.
- Renewals: The 14-day guarantee applies to each renewal. If a renewal catches you off guard, just reach out within 14 days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:
- You keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
- Your account reverts to the Free tier (1 property).
- Your guidebooks and data are preserved — nothing gets deleted.
- You can re-subscribe at any time.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at upgrade@safestay.app with your account email and we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
Free Tier
The Free tier is free forever. There's nothing to refund — just enjoy it.
