1. What You're Agreeing To

By using SafeStay (safestay.app), you agree to these terms. SafeStay is operated by SafeStay ("we", "us", "our"). If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What SafeStay Does

SafeStay is a SaaS platform that lets Airbnb and vacation rental hosts create digital guidebooks for their guests. Guidebooks can include house rules, Wi-Fi credentials, check-in instructions, and local recommendations.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use SafeStay.
  • One person or entity per account — no sharing accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use SafeStay for anything illegal or harmful.
  • Upload content that infringes on others' rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
  • Use the platform to spam or mislead guests.
  • Resell or redistribute the service without our permission.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Free tier: 1 property guidebook, free forever.
  • Pro tier: $9/month or $79/year for unlimited properties and premium features.
  • Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Your Content

You own the content you create on SafeStay (guidebooks, photos, text). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the service. We won't sell your content or use it for advertising.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but can't guarantee 100% availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We'll do our best to communicate planned downtime in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

SafeStay is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days (unless legally required to retain it).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
